Terms of Use
These terms cover the Super Sports! admin site, where staff handle reports, moderation actions and ban appeals for the game. By using the site, you agree to them.
In short
- The site is for Super Sports! staff; your role decides what you can do.
- Act on evidence, use the lightest action that fits, and be respectful to players.
- Player details, evidence and notes stay inside the staff, always.
- Every action is recorded with your name; Administrators can undo actions and remove access.
Using the site
The site is for staff with a moderator or administrator role in the Super Sports! Discord. What you can do follows your role and the permissions Administrators set, and access can be changed or removed at any time.
Your account
You log in with your own Discord account. Keep it secure, don't let anyone else use it to get in, and tell an Administrator straight away if you think someone has.
Moderating fairly
- Act on evidence, and use the lightest action that fits.
- Follow the team's moderation rules. Don't act on cases you're personally involved in.
- Every action is recorded in the audit log with your name and role, and can be appealed.
Keep it private
Player details, reports, evidence, notes, appeals and the audit log are confidential. Only use them for moderating Super Sports!, and never share them outside the staff or with other players.
What you write
- Notes and reasons should be accurate and to the point: other staff and appeals rely on them.
- Messages to players must be clear and respectful.
- Only upload evidence that belongs to the case.
Discord and Roblox
You log in with Discord, and actions can be applied in Super Sports! on Roblox. Their own terms and rules apply too, including Roblox's rules for moderating players; we're not responsible for those services.
Availability
The site is a tool for the staff and is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change it, take parts of it away or switch it off, and it can be offline now and then.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Super Sports! team isn't liable for any loss or damage from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Losing access
Access ends when your staff role is removed in Discord. Administrators can also undo actions and take away access when these terms are broken. Your past actions stay in the audit log.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page with its date, and using the site after a change means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable law.
